Eindec is seeking a Sales & Marketing Manager – Business Development to spearhead market expansion and build strong customer relationships across Data Centre/AI Infrastructure, Semiconductor, Medical/Pharmaceutical, and other high-growth sectors. The role requires a hunter mentality, strategic thinking, and the ability to independently identify and convert opportunities into sustainable revenue.

We are seeking an enthusiastic entrepreneurial and results-driven Sales & Marketing Manager to spearhead our new business expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new markets, developing strategic customer relationships, generating new project opportunities and converting them into sustainable and profitable business. The role requires a strong "hunter" mentality, excellent market exposure and the ability to independently develop business opportunities with strong network across Data Centre/AI Infrastructure, Semiconductor, Medical/Pharmaceutical, Consultants, M&E, MEP/EPC players and other high-growth industrial sectors.
- Identify new industries, applications and market opportunities
- Develop target-account lists and customer mapping
- Identify upcoming factories, semiconductors plants, data centers and expansion projects
- Monitor project pipelines, tenders and investment announcements
- Develop market intelligence on competitors, pricing and technologies
- Proactively generate appointments and build relationships with End Users, Consultants, EPC, Main Contractors, MEP/M&E, Contractors, System Integrators and OEMs
- Identify customer pain points and bring the right internal technical resources into opportunities
- Work with the technical team to develop solutions around HVAC, Airflow, Cleanroom, FFU, Dampers, Cooling Tower, Chiller/AHU and AI-enabled EMS/BMS Monitoring solutions
- Develop relationships with EPC companies, MEP contractors, Consultants, HVAC partners, Chiller/AHU/Cooling Tower suppliers, BMS/EMS companies, Data Center Integrators, Cleanroom contractors and Technology partners
- Lead sales conversion from Lead to Meeting to Opportunity to RFQ to Proposal to Negotiation to PO to Revenue to Repeat Business
- Minimum Diploma or Degree in any discipline
- 5-10+ years B2B sales/business development
- Industrial/technical products or engineering solutions experience
