Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking an experienced Business Development Director to lead growth of commercial expansion and strategic partnerships across APAC. You will build executive relationships with technology partners, equipment suppliers, cloud service providers, and major enterprise clients.

You will drive end-to-end opportunities from market discovery and value proposition design to negotiations and contracts, implement CRM-driven pipeline management, and lead a cross-border team across

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent qualification.
• 8 years of experience in B2B sales.
• Proven ability to independently secure and close large-scale enterprise contracts or major capacity deals.
• Proven leadership background.
• Strong interpersonal skills with cross-border team management.
