Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time, on-site role focuses on driving growth, expanding the customer base, and achieving revenue targets through strategic planning and team leadership.

You will oversee a team of sales representatives, collaborate with marketing, and leverage market data to identify opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales management or senior sales role, automotive preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

About the role

We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our dynamic team at Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading and executing our sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth and achieve ambitious revenue targets.

What you'll be doing

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to promote our products and services
• Manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching and guidance to ensure they meet and exceed their targets
• Analyse market trends, customer data and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging content and campaigns that effectively reach and convert potential customers
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to secure new business and maximise customer retention
• Monitor and report on the performance of sales and marketing initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for improvement
• Contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company by providing insights and recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales management or senior sales role, preferably within the automotive industry
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful sales and marketing strategies that drive business growth
• Excellent leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team
• Strong commercial acumen and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients, partners and stakeholders
• Degree in Business, Marketing or a related field, or equivalent experience
