Job summary

Inovatif Motor Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing initiatives from Kota Kinabalu, Sabah. This full-time, on-site role focuses on driving growth, expanding the customer base, and achieving revenue targets through strategic planning and team leadership.

You will oversee a team of sales representatives, collaborate with marketing, and leverage market data to identify opportunities while maintaining strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in sales management or senior sales role, automotive preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.
• Strong communication and analytical abilities.
• Degree in Business/Marketing or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans to promote our products and services.
• Manage a team of sales representatives, coaching to meet targets.
• Analyse market trends, customer data and competitor activities to identify opportunities.
• Collaborate with marketing to create engaging campaigns that convert potential customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners to secure new business.
• Monitor and report on performance of initiatives and provide data-driven recommendations.
• Contribute to strategic direction by providing insights to senior management.
