AR Mechatronics, a Johor Bahru startup, seeks a Sales and Marketing Executive to drive market awareness and growth for its smart system solutions. Based on-site, you will identify target markets, generate leads, and collaborate with product and technical teams to align messaging with capabilities.

You will conduct market research, analyze customer needs, prepare proposals, and manage follow-ups while building strong relationships with prospective clients to support the company's go-to-market

• Market Planning and Marketing design and implementation.

• Strong Communication for presentations, negotiations, and engagement.
