Job summary

T.E.M. Automation Sdn. Bhd. in Malaysia is seeking a Sales Engineer (full-time) based in Johor Bahru to introduce new headcount for System Integrator and Machine OEM markets, develop and support sales activities in the automation sector, and build relationships with customers.

You will travel within SEA, pursue opportunities to secure orders, and strive to meet monthly and yearly targets. The role offers a competitive remuneration package (basic RM4k–RM6k) plus commission and bonuses.

Qualifications

• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Solid understanding of Industrial Automation & Robotics market.
• Able to work independently and in a hybrid work environment.
• Engineering degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and support sales activities in the automation sector.
• New customer development and existing customer management.
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by management.
• Market coverage for Johor Bahru region and TEM Automation products.
