Job summary

RetailAIM Malaysia is recruiting a Project Sales Engineer in Kuala Lumpur to drive B2B sales of Field Force Management, AI, IoT, automation and robotics solutions. You will own the full sales journey from prospecting to closing deals and expanding key accounts.

You will conduct product demos, workshops and solution discussions, translating customer needs into practical technology offerings while coordinating with technical teams for smooth delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of B2B/solution sales experience in technology, SaaS, system integration, automation or robotics.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong consultative selling, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Ability to translate customer needs into practical technology solutions.

Responsibilities

• Drive new business and achieve monthly, quarterly & annual sales targets.
• Sell RetailAIM Field Force Management solutions, humanoid robots, and technology solutions.
• Identify opportunities across FMCG, retail, distribution & SME sectors.
• Conduct product demos, presentations, workshops and solution discussions.
• Understand customer pain points and recommend technology solutions.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations; lead negotiations.
• Coordinate with technical/project teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Manage existing accounts and identify upsell & cross-sell opportunities.
• Monitor sales pipeline, forecasts, invoicing and collections.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors and emerging technologies.
