Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Johor Bahru for a Sales and Marketing Executive. The role involves planning and executing sales and marketing activities to promote AR Mechatronics’ smart system solutions, including identifying target markets and generating leads. The Sales and Marketing Executive will conduct market research, analyze customer needs and competitor offerings, and support the development of go-to-market strategies. Daily responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, presenting product benefits, preparing proposals, managing follow-ups, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The role also requires collaboration with technical and product teams to align sales messaging with solution capabilities and to provide feedback from the market.
