Job summary

Kim Hin Ceramic (Seremban) Sdn. Bhd. is seeking a dynamic Sales & Marketing Executive to join our team in Senawang, Negeri Sembilan.

The role focuses on promoting our ceramic products, identifying new business opportunities, and supporting brand development within the regional market. You will develop campaigns, manage client relationships, deliver presentations, and coordinate promotional activities while hitting monthly targets.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing or a similar customer-facing role, preferably within manufacturing or ceramics.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities with the capacity to manage multiple projects.
• Self-motivated and results-driven with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of the ceramic industry or building materials sector is advantageous.
• Mandarin speaking to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to promote ceramic products and increase market penetration.
• Identify, contact and nurture potential clients and business partners to generate new sales opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and pipeline progress using CRM systems.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns and promotional activities across various channels to enhance brand visibility.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activity and customer preferences.
• Support the creation of marketing materials, including brochures, product information and digital content.
• Attend industry events, trade shows and exhibitions to represent the company and generate leads.
