Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in marketing, digital marketing, business, or communications.
• 1–3 years in marketing, digital marketing, or social media preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication; creative content skills.
• Basic SEO and lead generation knowledge.
• Ability to work independently and manage social media content.
• Experience with Canva, Meta Ads, or Google Ads is a plus.
• Interest in diving, travel, outdoor activities or adventure sports is an advantage.

Responsibilities

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Sales & Marketing Executive who enjoys social media, content creation and digital marketing to join Nuovo Paradigm Sdn Bhd.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and grow social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu.

Create engaging social media content, videos and promotional materials.

Plan and support digital marketing campaigns, SEO and lead generation activities.

Monitor and follow up on online enquiries and leads with the sales team.

Track campaign performance and suggest improvements.

Conduct basic market and competitor research.

Stay updated on social media and digital marketing trends.

Requirements

Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

1–3 years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or social media is preferred.

Good communication, creative and content creation skills.

Basic knowledge of SEO and lead generation.

Able to work independently and manage social media content.

Experience with Canva, Meta Ads, Google Ads or basic video editing is an advantage.

Interest in diving, travel, outdoor activities or adventure sports is an advantage.

Scuba diving certification is an advantage.
