Job summary

SINOVEST INDUSTRIES (M) SDN BHD is seeking a Marketing Executive to support digital marketing, social media, content creation, and events. The role covers market research, promotional activities, and collaboration with Sales.

The ideal candidate should be creative, proactive, organized, and able to work independently. Diploma or bachelor’s in a related field and 1–3 years’ experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication or a related field.
• 1–3 years of marketing experience preferred.
• Fresh graduates with relevant skills, knowledge or portfolio are welcome to apply.
• Proficient in Bahasa and English, both written and spoken.
• Good knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Experience with Canva, CapCut, CDR, or other design/video-editing tools is an advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Creative, proactive and detail-oriented.
• Good communication, coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.
• Manage and create content for the company's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other online platforms.
• Create and coordinate marketing materials, including posters, brochures, catalogues, product information and promotional content.
• Assist with product launches, promotions, trade fairs, exhibitions and company events.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research to identify market trends and promotional opportunities.
• Support the Sales team with marketing materials and promotional activities.
• Coordinate with designers, printers, suppliers, agencies and other external parties when required.
• Maintain updated product information, catalogues, price lists and other marketing materials.
• Monitor and report on marketing activities and campaign performance.
• Assist in preparing marketing reports and presentations.

We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team and support the company's marketing and promotional activities. This is a hands-on role covering digital marketing, social media, content creation, product promotion, marketing materials, market research and events. We are looking for someone who is creative, proactive, organised and able to work independently.

Key responsibilities

Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

Manage and create content for the company's Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and other online platforms.

Create and coordinate marketing materials, including posters, brochures, catalogues, product information and promotional content.

Assist with product launches, promotions, trade fairs, exhibitions and company events.
