Yours Earning Group Sdn Bhd is seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Executive to join our dynamic team in Penang. In this role, you will play a key part in driving brand awareness, generating leads, and supporting our agency’s growth through strategic marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing?

Planning and executing marketing & sales campaigns across digital platforms (social media, email, and online advertising)

Creating engaging content (videos, posts, captions) to strengthen brand presence and attract potential clients and recruits

Managing and growing social media accounts, ensuring consistent branding and messaging

Supporting recruitment campaigns through marketing strategies and lead generation activities

Analysing campaign performance and providing insights to improve marketing effectiveness

Coordinating with internal teams to align marketing efforts with sales and business objectives

Assisting in handling client needs, organising events, workshops, and training sessions for branding and outreach

Monitoring market trends to identify new opportunities

Handling ad-hoc marketing tasks assigned by management

What we're looking for?

Minimum 2 years of experience in marketing, sales, digital marketing, or a related field (experience in financial services is a plus)

Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and content strategies

Basic skills in content creation (video editing, design tools like Canva, CapCut, or similar)

Excellent communication and storytelling skills
