Job summary

Crossurvive Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to promote soft skills and communication training programs to corporate clients and educational institutions. This role involves identifying business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and successfully closing sales while ensuring seamless coordination with the training team.

The ideal candidate is proactive, confident, and passionate about helping clients enhance their people development strategies.

Qualifications

• Proven sales experience (preferably in training, education, or professional services).
• Strong understanding of soft skills and training services.
• Exceptional communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage).
• Target-driven and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.
• Diploma/Degree in Business/Marketing/Communication, or related field is preferred but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Identify and approach potential clients, including corporations, educational institutions, and individuals who require soft skills and communication training.
• Conduct sales presentations and proposals.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
• Manage full sales cycle from prospecting to closing
• Meet and exceed assigned sales quotas and KPIs.
• Provide market insights and competitor updates
• Work closely with training and operations teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records.
