Qualifikationen

• 1–3 years of proven experience in B2B outbound sales, corporate services, recruitment, or client acquisition.
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, and thriving in a fast-paced, field-heavy startup environment.
• Familiarity with HRD Corp (HRDF) claim procedures, levy utilization, and corporate L&D purchasing behaviors is a plus.

We are a high-energy, fast-growing startup delivering premium HRD Corp-claimable corporate training solutions, overing leadership, soft skills, technical expertise, corporate team building, and high-impact public classes. We are expanding our commercial team and seeking an ambitious B2B Sales Executive to drive market expansion across Klang Valley.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Engagement & Conversion: Proactively connect with and convert existing warm leads alongside targeted cold outreach to HR Heads, L&D Managers, and Corporate Decision-Makers.

Consultative Discovery: Conduct discovery calls and field meetings across KL & Selangor to map corporate training needs against our HRD Corp program portfolio.

Full Pipeline Management: Own the complete sales cycle from initial outreach and needs qualification to proposal delivery, negotiation, and closing.

Field Execution: Maintain high field activity levels while using our internal conversion platform to log activities and track sales targets.

Requirements

1–3 years of proven experience in B2B outbound sales, corporate services, recruitment, or client acquisition.

Highly energetic, self-motivated, and thriving in a fast-paced, field-heavy startup environment.

Familiarity with HRD Corp (HRDF) claim procedures, levy utilization, and corporate L&D purchasing behaviors is a plus.
