NUR KIDZ SDN. BHD. is seeking a target-driven Sales and Customer Service professional to respond promptly to inquiries across phone, WhatsApp, email, and social media. You will present programmes, follow up leads, and guide clients through registration and onboarding.

The role emphasizes building strong customer relationships, achieving monthly sales targets, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth enrolment and service delivery. Bahasa Malaysia and English proficiency is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales and Customer Service or related fields.
• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or Customer Service, or equivalent.
• Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets.
• Positive attitude, professional appearance, and customer-focused mindset.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
• Experience in education, training, healthcare, therapy, or service-based industries.
• Experience handling CRM systems and customer databases.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets and customer acquisition.

Responsabilités

Coordinate appointments, assessments, and consultations with clients.

Assist clients throughout the registration and onboarding process.

Liaise with relevant departments to ensure smooth enrolment and service delivery.

Ensure all customer documentation is complete and properly maintained.

Administration & Reporting

Update customer databases, sales records, and client profiles accurately.

Prepare weekly and monthly sales activity reports.

Maintain proper filing and documentation for audit and operational purposes.

Perform any additional duties assigned by Management.

Job Requirements

Minimum 3 years of working experience in Sales and Customer Service, or related fields.

Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Customer Service, or equivalent.

Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
