Job summary

SHEN JAI EDUCATION GROUP in Ipoh is seeking a Sales Marketing Executive for a full-time, on-site role. You will respond to online and walk-in enquiries, provide course counselling, and support recruitment campaigns to enroll students.

You will build relationships with schools and partners, coordinate events, analyse leads, and work with the Marketing team to drive lead generation. Fluency in Mandarin and English is required; driving license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly to online enquiries via website, social media, WhatsApp, email, and other digital channels.
• Handle walk-in enquiries, campus visits, and telephone enquiries, providing course counselling and admissions guidance.
• Recruit prospective students and achieve enrolment targets.
• Represent SHEN JAI EDUCATION GROUP at school visits, education fairs, exhibitions, career talks, and recruitment events.
• Build and maintain relationships with secondary schools, counsellors, and industry partners to generate student referrals and collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinate and support school engagement activities, campus events, and outreach programmes.
• Maintain accurate student enquiry records, follow-up activities, and admissions data within the CRM or student management system.
• Prepare recruitment reports, analyse enquiry conversion rates, and monitor recruitment performance.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team on recruitment campaigns, promotional materials, and lead generation activities.
• Support admissions processes to ensure a smooth enrolment experience for prospective students.
