Job summary

Khai Seng Packaging Industries Sdn Bhd is seeking a proactive Sales and Marketing Executive to drive growth, manage key accounts, and explore new opportunities across Malaysia. You will support customers through the full sales cycle and collaborate with internal teams to deliver superior service.

Ideal candidates possess a diploma, at least 2 years in sales, strong communication and negotiation skills, and willingness to travel, including outstation assignments.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Diploma in related field required.
• At least 2 years of experience in sales/marketing or related field.
• Own vehicle and willingness to travel; able to travel outstation.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent service and establish long-term relationships with existing customers.
• Collaborate with indoor coordinator and team to support customers through the sales process.
• Identify new account opportunities and pursue them until sales are closed.
• Implement sales strategies to meet monthly, quarterly and yearly targets.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, customers, and performance evaluations.
• Handle client questions and feedback professionally.
• Represent the company at industry events and trade shows to network with potential clients.
• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

We are looking for a passionate and motivated candidates to join us in our sales and marketing team.

Responsibilities

Provides excellent services and establish long term business relationship with existing customers.

Working closely with indoor coordinator and other team members to provide excellent support to customers throughout the sales process.

Explore for new account opportunities and follow up until sales are obtained.

Carry out sales strategies towards achieving company sales target in monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.

Handling client’s questions or feedback in professional manner.

Representing the company at industry events and trade shows to showcase valve products and network with potential clients.

Any other duties assigned by your Superiors.

Requirements

Possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Diploma in any related field.

At least 2 years of working experience in the related field.

Self-motivated, independent and result oriented.

Possess own vehicle and willing to travel outstation.

Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia. Knowledge or ability to converse in Chinese is an advantage.

Possessed good communication and interpersonal skills and committed work attitude.

Good negotiation and sales skills.
