Job summary

Valmatic Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking a skilled Sales Administrator to handle order processing, delivery coordination, and after-sales support. You will communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and maintain sales records, while supporting promotional activities.

The role requires at least 2 years in a related field, strong administrative skills, and proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin. ERP and MS Office experience are essential for daily operations.

Qualifications

What You Need to Have?

Minimum 2 years working experience in the related field.

Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.

Handle sales order processing accurately and timely, ensuring customer delivery requirements are met.

Follow up on delivery progress, coordinating with the Logistics Department to address any issues and inform clients of delays.

Respond to customer inquiries and complaints, providing after-sales support when needed.

Manage schedules, maintain sales documents, and ensure promotional materials are up to date.

Assist in organizing promotional events and handle various sales administrative tasks as assigned.
