Job summary

AG Staffing Malaysia in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Sales Manager for Oilfield Services, Oil & Gas Engineering, and Well Intervention to drive technical selling and grow key accounts. You will coordinate with clients and internal experts, identify opportunities, negotiate, nurture relationships, and contribute to forecasting and reporting.

Reporting to management, you will help develop sales strategies to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering, business, marketing, economics, or similar.
• English language preferred.
• Experience in oilfield sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products/services to oilfield customers within KL region.
• Coordinate with clients and internal subject matter experts.
• Expand accounts and negotiate with clients.
• Nurture and maintain customer relationships.

Job Description

The Sales Manager will be responsible for:

Technical selling of the company products and services to new or existing customers within a designated geographical scope

Coordinating with clients and internal subject matter experts

Expanding existing accounts by identifying selling opportunities and negotiating with clients and costumers

Nurture and maintain relationships with customers and clients

Support forecasting and reporting sales data

Reporting to management about account performance and proposing areas for improvement or growth

Help develop and implement sales strategies to meet sales targets

Education

• Level of degree: University Degree
• Type of degree: Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or alike
• Preferred Language requirements: English
