Job summary

Randstad Malaysia is seeking a Sales Manager to expand our market share in the environmental technologies sector. You will identify and secure new business opportunities in biogas and wastewater treatment markets, and develop clear business plans and partnerships to turn opportunities into projects.

Build strong relationships with clients, tailor solutions to their needs, mentor your team, and collaborate with internal departments to drive success.

Qualifications

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.
• Strong understanding of biogas and WWTP industries; Palm Oil Mill experience a plus.
• Proven track record in closing sales and in project management.
• Negotiation and communication skills for all levels.
• Self-motivated and able to take a project from start to finish.

Skills and Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Environmental Science, or any other related field.
• Strong understanding of biogas and WWTP industries, with experience in the Palm Oil Mill Industry being an advantage.
• Possess good track record in closing sales and project management
• Possess skills in negotiating agreements and communicating effectively for all levels
• Self-motivated and can take a project from start to finish
