The role focuses on growing revenue through strategic plans, key account management, and market expansion. Requirements include a Bachelor's degree and 8+ years of sales leadership in ICT, along with a solid grasp of distribution channels, negotiable pricing, and CRM usage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
• Minimum 8 years of sales leadership experience in ICT/technology industry.
• Strong understanding of ICT products, solutions, and distribution channels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve revenue and performance targets.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to expand market share.
• Build and maintain relationships with distributors, principals, and key clients.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through networking and industry engagement.
• Prepare proposals, pricing strategies, and negotiate contracts.
