Job summary

PRISM+ Malaysia is launching a new Assistant Sales Manager (Sarawak) division. Based in Kuching, you will build and lead the corporate sales channel, engage dealers, and drive revenue growth.

The role requires 2+ years in electronics or appliances, strong English, and proven dealer relationships. You will collaborate with marketing, forecast sales, and ensure dealer payment.

Join a high-growth electronics company and report to Country Director in PRISM+ Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in electronics or appliances sales.
• Experience in Sarawak market with dealer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Engage and grow new dealers in East Malaysia.
• Develop strategies to increase awareness and sales in Sarawak.
• Collaborate with marketing for sales materials.
• Prepare reports for payment history, sales, and forecasts.
• Ensure prompt payment from dealers.
• Produce accurate sales forecasts.
• Manage roadshow setup and teardown.

We are seeking a passionate Assistant Sales Manager (Sarawak) who will be starting up this new division in PRISM+ Malaysia. Being a high growth electronics company, we are looking for a candidate who accelerate growth in our corporate segment while providing network to strategic projects.
This driven and ambitious individual will be overseeing and maximizing sales of the company through the corporate sales channel. The candidate will be considered a key member of PRISM+ Malaysia and will report directly to the Country Director.

Responsibilities of an Assistant Sales Manager (Sarawak) but are not limited to

• Engage and grow new dealers in East Malaysia.
• Develop strategies to increase awareness and sales for PRISM+ products in Sarawak.
• Work with marketing team on sales materials to support dealers.
• Prepare reports for payment history and tracking, sales, and sales summary.
• Ensure prompt payment from dealers.
• Produce accurate forecast for sales pipelines.
• Handle roadshow setup and teardown.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant course of studies.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in the electronic or appliances industry.
• Minimum 2 years of handling Sarawak market.
• Existing connections with Sarawak electronics/appliances dealers.
• Experience managing sales channel at dealer level.
• Data-driven with ability to analyze data for stocks forecasting.
• Ability to use excel skills is a must.
• Passionate in engaging customers and providing excellent service.
• Strong English proficiency with ability to engage C-Level clients.
• Based in Kuching, Sarawak.
