• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
• 3–5 years of sales and marketing experience within construction, building materials, industrial, or sealing and bonding sectors.
• Experience in technical sales and specification selling within the construction industry.
• Proven ability to develop business opportunities and grow customer relationships.
• Experience managing distributors, retail channels, and multi-channel sales environments.
• Strong customer focus, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute and deliver S&B business plans aligned with regional and global strategies.
• Develop annual business plans and translate them into actionable sales initiatives and objectives.
• Drive sales growth and achieve revenue, profitability, and market share targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in consumer, professional, and distribution channels.
• Conduct regular business, operational, and sales reviews to ensure execution of business plans.
• Develop demand creation and value proposition strategies to support business objectives.
• Collaborate closely with specification and technical teams to maximize customer value.
• Manage and optimize the S&B product portfolio to drive profitable growth.
• Utilize CRM tools to effectively manage customer activities, opportunities, and reporting.
• Monitor market trends and adjust business priorities accordingly.
• Champion customer excellence to position Bostik as the preferred sealing and bonding solutions provider.
