Job summary

Scientex Heights Sdn Bhd is seeking a Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales team in Malaysia. You will guide a group of 5–10 sales professionals, drive performance, and plan and execute effective sales strategies to meet targets.

The role emphasizes coaching, monitoring leads and conversions, supporting campaigns and launches, and close collaboration with Marketing and Management to grow the business.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in Sales, Property, Business Development or related fields.
• Some experience in leading, coaching or managing a team is preferred.
• Good communication and people skills.
• Target-driven, proactive and willing to take ownership.
• Interested in team building and leadership.
• Property industry experience is an advantage.
• Senior Sales Executives or Team Leaders who are ready to step up are encouraged to apply.
