Job summary

Scientex Park (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a Contract Executive to prepare project forecast budgets, manage subcontractor awards through tenders, and oversee monthly progress claims and certs. The role involves monitoring material usage against budgets and coordinating with site staff and subcontractors.

The successful candidate will liaise with consultants and authorities, with backup in Malay/English and Mandarin as an advantage. A relevant diploma or degree in quantity surveying is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Able to speak in Malay/English, Mandarin will be an added advantage.
• Computer literate and knowledge in Microsoft Office (Words and Excel).
• Good communication skills, both in written and verbal communication.

• Preparation of Sub-Contractors’ awards by executing tendering progress.
• Preparation of Monthly Progress Claims and Sub-Contractors’ Interim Certificates.
• Monitoring material quantity within budgets.
