Job summary

Scientex Heights Sdn Bhd is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to review construction plans, prepare quantity requirements, and manage budgets. The role involves cost analyses, contract reviews, and coordinating with site managers, clients, and subcontractors to secure best deals.

The candidate will prepare reports, budgets, and risk assessments, maintain material tracking, and document design changes. Fresh graduates are encouraged, with emphasis on clear written and verbal communication in Mandarin,

Qualifications

• At least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Quantity Survey.
• Good communication skills, both in written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Reviewing construction plans and preparing quantity requirements.
• Scrutinizing maintenance and material costs, as well as contracts to ensure the best deals.
• Liaising with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors.

Qualifications/Requirements

At least Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Quantity Survey or

Required language (s): Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients.
