Your Impact
The Sales Manager will play a key role in developing Globibo’s eLearning Business globally, from the ground up. This includes driving new business, building a client base, and working with major brands and companies worldwide. Your efforts will enable thousands of employees in major companies to access better learning solutions and platforms.
Responsibilities
- Research organizations and industry players to identify new leads and potential markets.
- Identify the needs of companies and their key stakeholders or decision-makers.
- Contact potential clients via email and cold calls with tailored value propositions to establish rapport and schedule meetings.
- Attend conferences, meetings, and industry events.
- Conduct horizontal sales outreach to new contacts from existing clients.
- Maintain consistent outreach and build relationships with VIP clients.
- Opportunity Management & Conversion (30%)
- Meet potential clients with compelling proposals and industry updates.
- Inform clients about new developments in the company's products.
- Prepare quotations and negotiate effectively.
- Support customers with delivery information.
- Establish long-term support contracts through umbrella agreements for all services.
- Service & Delivery (10%)
- Deliver excellent customer service through effective feedback management and value-added services.
Your Potential Profile
- Required education: At least a Bachelor’s degree in Translations (or equivalent), Business, Finance, Management, or Economics; a Master’s or MBA is preferred.
- 5-8 years of experience managing regional operations, specifically in eLearning.
- Ideally an extroverted, self-starting, optimistic, and highly independent individual.
- Proven sales record of reaching out and penetrating new markets, industries, and clients, preferably in similar services.
- Result-oriented with a strong focus on driving business results and KPIs.
- Ability to design organized approaches for strategizing and outlining next steps, with excellent market analysis skills.
