Job summary

BERJAYA PROPERTY BERHAD (Formerly known as Berjaya Land Berhad) seeks a results-driven sales leader to oversee gallery operations and drive the team toward ambitious targets. You will guide the sales staff on inquiries, leads, contracts, and after-sales service while implementing robust sales strategies.

Requirements include a Diploma/Degree in Marketing or Business Administration, at least 5 years in property sales, and strong English & Chinese communication skills.

Job description

Oversee day-to-day activities in the sales gallery and showrooms which includes monitoring the sales staff on daily operations such as sales inquiries, leads management, project briefing, contract & contract mortgage signing and after sales service.

Responsible to lead, guide, and drive the sales team to achieve sales targets set by the Company.

Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.

Ensure the sales team build and maintain good relationships with potential customers.

Provide market insights and sales performance reports to the management in a timely manner.

Constantly update the management on the requirements of the property market.

Ensure the sales team execute market research and analysis of the property market.

Participate in strategic and tactical planning and implementation of the Sales & Marketing plan, especially in managing the activities to achieve the Company's sales target.

Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as agents, brokers, institutional buyers, and corporate clients.

Ensure that sales documentation is well prepared in accordance with the Company's policies and procedures.

Job Requirements:

Possess a Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years' experience in property sales with proven track records.

Strong command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, to liaise with Chinese speaking customers.

Willing to travel outstation/overseas, work on weekends, public holidays, as and when required.

Able to work independently with minimal supervision and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Pleasant disposition with strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.

Innovative, highly self-motivated, and ambitious in achieving goals.
