Berjaya Corporation Berhad in Malaysia is seeking a seasoned Head of Sales to oversee day-to-day activities in the sales gallery and showrooms, guide the sales team, and drive sales targets through integrated sales and marketing strategies. You will build relationships with agents, brokers, institutional buyers, and corporate clients while delivering timely market insights to management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day activities in the sales gallery and showrooms including monitoring the sales staff on daily operations such as sales inquiries, leads management, project briefing, contract & mortgage signing and after sales service.
• Lead, guide, and drive the sales team to achieve sales targets set by the Company.
• Develop and implement comprehensive sales and marketing strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Ensure the sales team build and maintain good relationships with potential customers.
• Provide market insights and sales performance reports to the management in a timely manner.
• Update the management on the requirements of the property market.
• Ensure the sales team execute market research and analysis of the property market.
• Participate in strategic and tactical planning and implementation of the Sales & Marketing plan to achieve the Company’s sales target.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as agents, brokers, institutional buyers, and corporate clients.
• Ensure that sales documentation is well prepared in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.

• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders such as agents, brokers, institutional buyers, and corporate clients.
• Ensure that sales documentation is well prepared in accordance with the Company’s policies and procedures.
