BERJAYA PROPERTY BERHAD (Formerly known as Berjaya Land Berhad) is seeking an Executive - Greenhouse Operations based in Bukit Tinggi to support our commercial greenhouse activities, including NFT hydroponics and drip fertigation, with daily crop production coordination and high-quality harvests.

The role requires hands-on supervision of workers, adherence to SOPs, and flexibility to work extended hours during peak planting and harvesting periods.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Agriculture/Horticulture or related field.
• 2+ years in greenhouse, hydroponic, fertigation, or crop production.
• Knowledge of NFT, drip fertigation, EC/pH and pest management is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily crop activities from germination to harvest and reset.
• Monitor NFT and drip fertigation systems (irrigation, nutrients, EC, pH).
• Monitor crop health and IPM/Pest & Disease programmes.
• Track planting, growth, yield and harvesting to production schedules.
• Supervise greenhouse workers and enforce SOPs, safety, and biosecurity.

Job description

Executive - Greenhouse Operations (Based in Bukit Tinggi)

We are looking for a hands‑on Executive - Greenhouse Operations to support our commercial greenhouse operations covering NFT hydroponic and drip fertigation systems, with responsibility for coordinating daily crop production activities to ensure healthy crop growth, operational efficiency and high‑quality harvests.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate daily crop activities from germination and transplanting to crop maintenance, harvesting, and reset.
• Monitor NFT and drip fertigation systems including irrigation, nutrients, EC, and pH.
• Monitor crop health and implement approved Pest and Disease (P&D)/Integrated Pest Management (IPM) programmes and corrective actions.
• Monitor planting, crop growth, yield and harvesting against production schedules.
• Supervise workers and ensure daily activities are completed according to plan.
• Ensure compliance with biosecurity, PPE, hygiene, safety, and SOPs.
• Maintain production records and promptly report crop or operational abnormalities.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Agriculture, Horticulture or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in greenhouse, hydroponic, fertigation, or crop production.
• Knowledge of NFT, drip fertigation, EC/pH, crop nutrition, and pest & disease management is an advantage.
• Good coordination, observation, and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on and able to supervise greenhouse workers.
• Flexible to work extended hours and weekends during peak planting and harvesting periods.
