Job summary

Tally in Pasir Gudang, Johor, is seeking a proactive Sales Leader to drive revenue growth and market penetration. You will lead sales performance, strategize new markets, and build strong client and distributor relationships both locally and overseas.

You will collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions, negotiate contracts, manage pricing, and ensure efficient supply chain coordination while controlling costs and staying aligned with company policies.

Qualifications

• Must have Printing and Packaging or Coding and Marketing technical know-how and application.
• Must have B2B or distributor management / overseas sales experience.
• Proven experience in sales leadership.
• Willing to travel overseas within any boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the sales performance and development, including setting performance standards and monitoring performance.
• Initiates and coordinates development of action plans and business strategy to penetrate new markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and distributors.
• Collaborate with internal teams to tailor solutions for clients.
• Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team for effective search of sales leads and prospects.
• Negotiate contracts and close deals that support long-term revenue growth.
• Provides timely feedback to senior management regarding performance.
• Provides timely, accurate, competitive pricing on all completed prospect applications submitted for pricing and approval, while striving to maintain maximum profit margin.
• Maintains accurate records of all pricings, sales, and activity reports.
• Work hand-in-hand with the Supply Chain Team for proper logistic arrangement.
• Controls expenses to meet budget guidelines.
• Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity.
• Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Salary/ Others

• Salary: Up to RM12,000 (Max)


• Others: Transport Allowance RM150/month & Meal Subsidy RM100/month
