Job summary

Polymorph Recruitment represents an established Malaysian company in the printing and packaging sector, seeking a hands-on Sales Executive / Senior Sales Executive to expand its customer base and drive new business. You will be target-driven and proactive in securing opportunities.

Responsibilities include cold calling, client visits, product presentations, quotations, and maintaining long-term relationships with manufacturing and B2B clients across Malaysia.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM or Diploma in any relevant field.
• Sales experience, particularly in printing and packaging, is an advantage.
• Fluency in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Own transport and willing to travel for client visits.
• Self-motivated, target-driven and able to work independently.

• Develop new business through cold calling, networking, market research and other sales activities.
• Identify and approach potential customers within the printing and packaging market.
• Conduct sales visits and product presentations to prospective clients.

Requirements

• Experience dealing with factory, manufacturing or B2B customers is welcome.
• Proficient in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
• Comfortable with cold calling, client visits and business development.

REMUNERATION PACKAGES

• Basic Salary: RM4,000 to RM6,000 (higher for candidates with same-industry experience)
• Sales commission
• Allowance: RM700
• Performance bonus
• EPF, SOCSO & EIS

Working Days

Monday to Friday, plus Saturday (half day)
