You will build and nurture key accounts, present solutions confidently, and participate in regional trade shows. The role requires strong communication, fluency in English and Mandarin, and a proactive, results-driven mindset with a willingness to travel.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Semiconductor and Automation industry.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
• Willingness to travel within Malaysia and across ASEAN.
• Results-driven, detail-oriented, and capable of delivering high-quality work.

Build strong, long‑term relationships with existing customers while actively developing new accounts to strengthen Muehlbauer’s presence across Asia.

Present Muehlbauer’s solutions confidently using professional marketing materials and product knowledge.

Identify, pursue, and secure new project opportunities with a proactive and solution‑oriented mindset.

Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and expense submissions in a timely manner.

Represent and promote Muehlbauer’s corporate culture with professionalism, positivity, and integrity.

Embrace change, adapt quickly, and take on additional responsibilities when required.

Participate in regional trade shows to showcase Muehlbauer’s technologies and reinforce our position as a market leader in total traceability solutions for factories.

What We're Looking For

Proactive and strong eagerness in planning, budgeting, forecasting to analyze and drive business performance.

Minimum 5 years of sales experience within the Semiconductor and Automation industry.

Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Willingness to travel within Malaysia and across ASEAN.

Results‑driven, detail‑oriented, and committed to delivering high‑quality work

Must be fluent in verbal and written English and Mandarin.

Strong preference will be given to fluent Mandarin speakers, as this role heavily involves interacting, communicating, and managing corporate customers from Taiwan and China
