Job summary

Oversea Enterprise Berhad in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our F&B sales and drive revenue growth across corporate, catering and event segments.

You will develop and execute sales strategies, manage a regional sales team, build strong client relationships, prepare proposals, and collaborate with Operations, Marketing and Finance to ensure order fulfilment and customer satisfaction. Strong leadership and travel willingness are expected.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, F&B Management or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in F&B, hospitality, catering or related industry.
• Strong business development, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Target-oriented, proactive and able to work independently.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.

Responsibilities
