Oversea Enterprise Berhad is seeking a Production Executive in Malaysia to develop production schedules, coordinate activities, and ensure timely delivery of products. The role involves close collaboration with procurement, manpower management, and monitoring equipment to minimize downtime.

You will analyze production reports for KPIs and drive continuous improvement to reduce wastage and enhance quality, while training production staff and ensuring health and safety standards such as HACCP and

• Develop production schedules and coordinate production activities to meet timely delivery of products
• Work closely with procurement team to maintain sufficient stock level
• Manage and allocate manpower effectively to optimize production efficiency
• Monitor and maintain production equipment to minimize downtime
• Prepare and analyze production reports to track KPIs
• Implement continuous improvement initiatives to reduce wastage, improve processes and product quality
• Perform on job training for production staff
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain food safety standards such as HACCP and GMP
