Job summary

Focallure in Malaysia is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead the Modern Trade sales team, drive market growth, and expand our presence across GT and MT channels.

You will develop and implement sales strategies, monitor performance, and build strong distributor relationships while coordinating with Marketing, Trade Marketing and Operations to execute promotions and reports.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience as Sales Manager or similar role in Modern Trade.
• Experience in beauty/cosmetics industry is a strong plus.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Target-oriented, disciplined, and comfortable working in the field.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the MT sales team to achieve sales targets.

• Monitor sales performance, distribution coverage, and product availability in the market.

• Analyze market conditions, competitor activities, and provide actionable insights.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Operations teams to support sales programs.
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
