Charisma Lab Industries in Kedah, Malaysia is seeking a Sales Manager to generate sales, convert prospects into customers, ensure repeat orders, and build a productive sales team. You will lead, mentor, and monitor performance while driving new customer acquisition and closing major deals.

The role requires a diploma or degree in business or marketing, 3–5 years B2B sales, 2+ years leadership, and strong negotiation, costing, and CRM skills. Proficiency in Malay and English is essential.

• Diploma or degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• 3–5 years of B2B sales or business development.
• 2+ years leading a sales team.
• Experience in OEM/ODM, cosmetics, skincare, FMCG or manufacturing preferred.
• Proven achievement of previous sales targets.
• Proficient in quotation, closing, pricing and customer negotiation.
• Understanding of MOQ, lead time, costing, margin and OEM processes.
• Proficient in Excel, CRM, sales forecasting and KPI analysis.
• Good command of Malay and English.
• Disciplined, integrity, proactive and accountable.
