Job summary

iLuvQuran in Kuala Lumpur is seeking a sales-oriented professional with a background in business or marketing to join our customer-facing team. You will engage customers by phone, WhatsApp and face-to-face, drive outreach activities, and support Open Days and events as required.

Strong communication in Bahasa Malaysia and English is essential, along with comfort using digital tools, spreadsheets and CRM systems.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing
• Experience in sales, customer service, education, retail, telesales or another customer-facing role is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging customers by phone, WhatsApp and face-to-face.
• Good command of Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Comfortable working with targets, follow-up expectations and performance measures.
• Organised, disciplined and comfortable using digital tools, spreadsheets and CRM/lead-management systems.
• Willing to support selected Open Days, outreach activities and events when required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records in CRM/lead-management systems and follow up with leads.
