Job summary

LIAN HONG GROUP (LHG) in Johor is seeking a sales leader to guide and grow the automotive sales team, drive targets, and develop strategies. This role involves overseeing showroom operations, pipeline management, and collaboration with management to maximize revenue.

You will coach Sales Advisors, monitor KPIs, and plan campaigns and on-ground activities while ensuring customer satisfaction and strict SOP compliance across the dealership.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Preferrable 3–5 years of experience with sales leadership experience.
• Strong track record in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Good leadership, coaching, and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong understanding of automotive dealership operations and sales processes.
• Able to work under pressure and target-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share and revenue growth.
• Monitor team performance, KPIs, and conversion rates to ensure consistent achievement.
• Provide coaching, training, and guidance to Sales Advisors to improve closing skills and product knowledge.
• Plan and execute sales campaigns, roadshows, and on-ground activities (OGA) to generate leads.
• Oversee showroom operations and ensure compliance with dealership SOP and brand standards.
• Monitor stock allocation, booking status, and delivery schedules to ensure smooth operations.
• Maintain strong customer satisfaction standards and handle escalated customer issues when required.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis for management review.
