Job summary

Hong Guan Tackle (M) Sdn Bhd is seeking a driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations across Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. You will build a high-performing team, develop new business opportunities, manage key accounts, and drive pricing strategy.

We offer an attractive basic salary with variable pay, an uncapped commission structure, and performance incentives with yearly bonuses. This role requires English and Mandarin communication and a commitment to service excellence.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales, business development, or marketing.
• Proficient in English and Mandarin.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and commission-oriented.
