Job summary

TCE TACKLES SDN. BHD is seeking a Marketing Executive based near Lunas, Kedah. Diploma or Degree holders are welcome; fresh graduates are encouraged.

Job description

Working hours: Mondays - Fridays, 8:45AM - 6:30PM
Department: Marketing
Current size: 8 - 10
Location: BKE Lunas (20 - 30 minutes away from Perai & Bukit Mertajam)

Brief job scope:

Operations: Travel regularly within assigned areas to oversee outlet operations e.g. ensuring outlets have successfully set up promotional matters

Talent Sourcing: Identify potential candidates for recruitment, suitable current employees for promotion opportunities, and participate in the interview process

Training & SOPs: Train staff to improve service quality and ensure strict adherence to company SOPs; report violations to HR for disciplinary action

Sales & Marketing: Drive outlet sales, participate in promotional fairs / events, and post videos on social media to boost brand awareness

Fishing Expertise: Organize and join fishing trips to continuously build and expand industry knowledge

Reporting: Regularly submit updates on schedules, event outcomes (fairs / trips) and so on

Diploma or Degree holders. Candidates with qualifications below Diploma level but with retail, marketing or fishing experience are also encouraged to apply, and fresh graduates are welcome to apply

Owns a car and a valid driving license

Willing to travel within Malaysia, and ability to work in shifts and in a physically active environment

Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of workplace safety and operational procedures
