Job summary

Eco World Development Group Berhad is seeking an Executive, Sales & Leasing to provide operational and administrative support for sales and leasing activities in Penang. You will assist with customer inquiries, leasing documentation, tenant onboarding, and day-to-day coordination across internal teams to ensure smooth operations.

The role emphasizes accurate documentation, timely coordination, and excellent service to customers and tenants, with opportunities to participate in property launches

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years' relevant working experience in sales, leasing or property-related industries.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
• Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.

Role Summary

The Executive, Sales & Leasing provides operational and administrative support for both sales and leasing activities. The role is responsible for supporting customer engagement, leasing documentation, sales activities, tenant coordination, and internal collaboration to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Support sales activities, property launches and promotional events.

Attend to customer enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.

Conduct sales presentations and site visits.

Assist in market research and competitor monitoring.

Leasing

Prepare and administer lease documents, renewals and related correspondence.

Coordinate tenancy documentation and approval processes.

Attend to tenant enquiries and support tenant onboarding.

Maintain accurate leasing records and reports.

General

Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate sales and leasing activities.

Assist in preparing reports, presentations and operational updates.

Perform administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the Management.

Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines.

1–3 years' relevant working experience in sales, leasing or property-related industries.

Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.
