Job summary

EcoWorld in Malaysia is seeking an Executive, Sales & Leasing to provide operational and administrative support for both sales and leasing activities. The role ensures smooth day-to-day operations through customer engagement, leasing documentation, sales activities and tenant coordination.

The ideal candidate has a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related fields with 1–3 years' relevant experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate or related disciplines.
• 1–3 years' relevant working experience in sales, leasing or property-related industries.
• Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Sales Support sales activities, property launches and promotional events.
• Attend to customer enquiries and follow up on sales opportunities.
• Conduct sales presentations and site visits.
• Assist in market research and competitor monitoring.
• Leasing Prepare and administer lease documents, renewals and related correspondence.
• Coordinate tenancy documentation and approval processes.
• Attend to tenant enquiries and support tenant onboarding.
• Maintain accurate leasing records and reports.
• General Coordinate with internal departments to facilitate sales and leasing activities.
• Assist in preparing reports, presentations and operational updates.
• Perform administrative duties and other tasks assigned by the Management.
