Job summary

EcoWorld Project Management Sdn Bhd in Penang, Malaysia is seeking a Marketing Executive. The role supports planning and execution of marketing initiatives to strengthen brand presence, promote property developments and enhance customer engagement.

This role emphasizes strong graphic design capabilities to produce compelling visual content across digital and traditional channels while ensuring alignment with EcoWorld’s brand identity. At least 2–3 years of relevant experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Mass Communication or a related discipline.
• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in marketing, graphic design, advertising or creative content development.
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Experience in video editing, motion graphics, photography or social media content creation is an added advantage.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design and marketing work is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns, promotional activities, product launches, roadshows and corporate events.
• Conceptualise and design marketing materials, including social media content, digital advertisements, brochures, buntings, billboards, posters, presentations and event collateral.
• Ensure all creative materials comply with EcoWorld’s branding guidelines and maintain a consistent visual identity.
• Develop engaging content and visual concepts for social media platforms, websites, email campaigns and other digital channels.
• Coordinate with advertising agencies, printers, media partners and other external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Support photography, videography and content production for property launches, events and marketing campaigns.
• Work closely with Sales and other internal departments to develop effective sales and marketing materials.
• Monitor campaign performance, market trends, competitor activities and customer preferences.
• Manage project timelines, marketing documentation, budgets and administrative requirements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate superior.

• A portfolio showcasing relevant design and marketing work is required.
