The role requires a Diploma in a relevant discipline, 3+ years in consumer products or healthcare sales, and strong leadership and planning abilities. This position emphasizes execution and collaboration with Trade Marketing and NSM teams.

• Diploma in a relevant discipline from a recognized college or university.
• 3+ years in consumer products, healthcare, or nutrition sales.
• Experience in distributor/channel management and sales leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Drive business growth with appointed distributors and win with customers.
• Lead distributor engagement and establish KBB and scorecards for tracking.
• Coach Distributor Sales Representatives to execute company strategies and hit targets.
• Prepare demand forecasts and share with planning stakeholders.
• Deliver excellence in in-store fundamentals: availability, visibility, pricing, merchandising.
