Job summary

Mars Mobile Distribution Sdn Bhd is seeking a sales professional with knowledge in selling telecommunication items or related experience. Based in Johor/Kluang area, you will drive sales targets and promote company products to new and existing customers.

You must be fluent in Mandarin, English and Malay, and be self-motivated with strong negotiation skills. The role requires travel when needed and offers incentives and career growth within a 6-day workweek.

Qualifications

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven sales experience in telecommunications or retail is an advantage.
• Well conversed in Mandarin, English and Malay.
• Willing to travel and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets.
• Promote and sell company products/services to new and existing customers.
• Maintain good relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Conduct product presentations and explain features, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers.
• Prepare quotations, sales proposals, and follow up on customer inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments (operations, finance, admin) to ensure smooth order processing.
• Handle customer feedback, complaints, and after-sales support professionally.
• Prepare sales reports and updates for management on a regular basis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing, and sales procedure.

Work 6 Days, Fix off day every Saturday @ Sunday.

Working on Public Holiday will be granted with OT 2.0

Work 10am-6.30pm.

Key Responsibilities

Must have knowledge in selling telecommunication items, or at least have selling experience in any background.
