Job summary

Mah Sing Healthcare in Malaysia, Selangor, is seeking a seasoned Sales & Marketing professional to develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies, lead sales activities, and build strong customer relationships.

You will research market opportunities, drive process improvements, monitor budgets, collaborate with stakeholders, and mentor teams to meet quotas. Applicants with export sales exposure and glove manufacturing background are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5 years' experience in sales & marketing with exposure in Export Sales. Applicants with glove manufacturing background is an added advantage.
• Demonstrate advanced knowledge and understanding of the industry.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Knowledge of data analysis and report writing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement short- and long-term sales strategies and plans (e.g. plan sales routes, new customer generation, etc.) to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories.
• Lead and monitor progress of sales activities.
• Implement customized solutions based on changing markets and trends.
• Researching and developing marketing opportunities and plans, understanding consumer requirements, identifying market trends, and suggesting system improvements to achieve the company's marketing goals.
• Develop, monitor, and recommend continuous improvement on sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc.
• Analyzing budgets, preparing annual budget plans, scheduling expenditures, and ensuring that the sales team meets their quotas and goals.
• Develop and build relationships with customers to achieve business objectives.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to better understand client requirements and to leverage cross-product/industry business opportunities.
• Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing marketing and sales teams to meet sales and marketing human resource objectives.
• Maintaining relationships with important clients by making regular visits, understanding their needs, and anticipating new marketing opportunities where necessary.
