Job summary

ACparts Engineering Sdn Bhd in Malaysia is seeking a proactive Sales Executive to promote and sell air compressor products and related solutions. You will develop new business opportunities, expand the customer base, and build strong relationships with clients. No sales experience?

Training will be provided. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. You will work with the technical team to understand customer needs, prepare quotations, and travel for customer visits as required.

Qualifications

• Fresh graduates welcome; training provided to help you develop knowledge in air compressors, industrial equipment and professional sales.
• Sales experience is an advantage, especially in industrial equipment, machinery, engineering products or air compressors.

Responsibilities

• Promote and sell air compressor products and related solutions to new and existing customers.
• Develop new business opportunities and expand the customer base and sales network.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers and understand their business needs.
• Conduct customer visits, introduce products and recommend suitable solutions based on customer requirements.
• Follow up on customer enquiries, prepare quotations and monitor sales progress through to closing.
• Work closely with the technical team to provide suitable product recommendations and technical solutions.
• Follow up with customers on their requirements and after-sales matters to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Keep up to date with market trends, customer needs and competitor activities.
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance.
• Maintain accurate customer information, sales records and prepare sales reports when required.

Job Requirements

Minimum SPM / Diploma / Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.

Fresh graduates and candidates without sales experience are welcome to apply. Training and guidance will be provided.

Sales experience is an advantage, especially in industrial equipment, machinery, engineering products or air compressors.

Interested in sales, technical products and building customer relationships.

Good communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.

Positive, proactive, responsible and willing to learn.

Target-oriented and able to take on sales challenges and performance targets.

Able to work independently as well as in a team.

Good problem-solving skills and a positive working attitude.

Willing to travel for customer visits and sales activities when required.

Possess own transport and a valid driving licence.

Good communication skills in English, Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage.
