Job summary

REN Wellness Retreat (by ERMS Berhad - a subsidiary of IJM Land) is seeking a proactive Procurement Executive to manage purchasing of medical supplies, equipment, F&B, and hospitality materials. You will review requisitions, negotiate with suppliers, and monitor market trends, with a focus on accuracy, vendor management, and cross-functional collaboration with operations and finance.

Candidates with a Bachelor degree and at least two years in procurement, especially in healthcare or hospitality,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (BA/BS)
• Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain
• Healthcare or hospitality background is a plus
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and communication skills
• Proficient in Excel and data analysis

Responsibilities

• Execute purchasing of medical supplies, equipment, F&B, housekeeping materials, and other needs.
• Prepare, review, and process purchase requisitions, POs, and contracts.
• Negotiate with suppliers for best pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
• Identify and register new suppliers/vendors and monitor supplier performance.
• Assist in audits and reporting requirements and liaise with stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities

Execute purchasing of medical supplies, equipment, food & beverage, housekeeping materials, and other operational needs.

Prepare, review, and process purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and contracts.

Negotiate with suppliers for best pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.

Identify, evaluate, qualify and register new suppliers /vendors.

Assist in audits and reporting requirements.

Monitor market trends, price fluctuations, and alternative sourcing options.

Liaise with operations, finance, and department heads to understand procurement needs.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, or related fields.

At least 2 years of working experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.

Candidates from healthcare or hospitality background will be an added advantage.

Strong negotiation, communication, and vendor management skills.

Strong attention to detail, coordination, and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and data analysis.
