Job summary

ACRO Rubber Industry Sdn Bhd, a specialised silicone moulded products manufacturer, is seeking a driven sales professional in Malaysia. You will present products, identify targets, chase leads, prepare proposals and contracts, and maintain strong client relationships.

The role involves coordinating with staff to close sales, handling paperwork, and conducting field visits. A proactive communicator with travel willingness will fit well.

Responsibilities

• Present and sell company products & services to current & potential clients.
• Prepare action plans to identify targets and project contacts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from field activity.
• Identify sales prospects and contact accounts as assigned.
• Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
• Develop and maintain sales materials and product knowledge.
• Establish and maintain client relationships.
• Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contracts.
• Manage account services through quality checks and follow-up.
• Identify and resolve client concerns.
• Prepare status reports on activity, closings, follow-up, and goals.
• Communicate new product opportunities to staff.
• Coordinate staff to close sales.
• Develop and implement sales activities to reduce stock.
• Entertain and maintain relationships with clients.
• Travel independently for client visits and business activities.
• Other duties as assigned.

1. Present and sell company products & services to current & potential clients.
2. Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
3. Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity.
4. Identify sales prospects and contact these & other accounts as assigned.
5. Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
6. Develop and maintain sales materials and current products knowledge.
7. Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
8. Prepare paperwork to activate and maintain contract services.
9. Manage account services through quality checks and other follow-up.
10. Identify and resolve client concerns.
11. Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.
12. Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.
13. Coordinate company staff to accomplish the work required to close sales.
14. Develop and implement special sales activities to reduce stock.
15. Able to entertain and maintain good relationships with clients.
16. Able to travel independently for client visits and business activities.
17. Other duties as assigned.
